Become a life coach
The most important way you can volunteer is to become a life coach for an adult returning from prison or for a child who has an incarcerated parent. Life coaches provide advice, compassion and understanding through non-judgemental and forgiving eyes.

Receive Training in the Exodus Model
Your agency can receive trainings in the Exodus Model led by our Board President, Rev. Dr. Lonnie McLeod. Trainings cover the Exodus philosophy and provide practical lessons in coaching participants in the Exodus Contract Process. Dr. McLeod has experience working with organizations in a variety of fields throughout the country. Length and content of trainings vary according to needs.
