Linda Woodbine, PhD

Linda joined Exodus in 2015 with over 10 years of experience working with people and communities affected by the criminal justice system. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships that increase the agency’s capacity and sustainability, and for developing and implementing Exodus’ public policy agenda and advocacy efforts. Linda’s passion for justice reform and her ebullient spirit bring excitement and warmth to the workplace, and she is equally devoted to potential funders and state officials as she is to each program participant. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Care from Fordham University and a PhD in Public Policy also from Fordham University.
