Jose's Story

When a minimum wage position as a porter at a health club became available, Jose was reluctant to interview for the position as his passion was to be a personal trainer.  Our Job Developer helped Jose understand that developing a career is a process, and expecting instant gratification in a path to failure.  He convinced Jose to take the job and first demonstrate his work ethic – then he could speak to his manager about being considered for a trainer position when one became available.  One month after being hired, Jose was promoted to his dream job as a personal trainer.
