Rudy is Exodus’ longest standing staff member, second only to Julio Medina. Rudy first joined Exodus as a participant in 2003 after serving 12 years in prison. One year later, Julio brought Rudy onto the team, in recognition of his incredible commitment to the Exodus community and his enthusiasm for holistic reentry services.

As the Director of Harlem Reentry Program Rudy manages the Contract Coach team and assists with the agency’s management of data and key performance indicators. Rudy also provides oversight of reentry programs and aids the team to ensure agency compliance.

When asked about his work, Rudy explains, "Exodus is a livelihood; it's a ministry to give back.”
