Rudy Holder

Special Assistant to the Executive Director

Rudy is Exodus’ longest standing staff member, second only to Julio Medina himself. He first joined Exodus as a participant in 2003 after serving 12 years in prison. One year later, Julio brought Rudy onto the team, recognizing his incredible commitment to the Exodus community and his enthusiasm for holistic reentry services. As Special Assistant to the Executive Director, Rudy assists the Executive Director in a wide range of needs, from government contract management to ensuring agency compliance. When asked about his work, Rudy explains that "Exodus is a livelihood; it's a ministry to give back.”
