Program Director for the Bridges to Employment

Vincent is the program director for the Bridges to Employment program. In addition, he provides administrative support in data collection and analysis, service provision, and staff development. Vincent is a Bronx Native and has lived there most of his life. He has worked in the nonprofit industry for the last 10 years, working in underserved neighborhoods throughout New York City. He studied at St. John’s University and majored in Healthcare Administration, later going on to obtain a Masters in Healthcare Administration from Utica College. Vincent completed an advanced certification program in Financial Management at Cornell University. In addition to his work in community based programming, he has a specific focus on data analysis and innovative program implementation. His goal at every job he’s had has been to lend a hand whenever he can; in any capacity. When Vincent is not working, his passions include: sports, music, television, and creative projects. He on day hopes to be able to create a successful podcast that can elevate the public lens on Exodus and the communities that we live in.
