Since its launch in 2014, Exodus Transitional Community – Poughkeepsie has become one of the most successful and trusted reentry programs in the Hudson Valley. With over 3,000 individuals served, the site provides a full spectrum of trauma-informed reentry services to justice-impacted individuals transitioning back into society.

Working closely with the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) and numerous local partners, Exodus Poughkeepsie offers holistic support including housing, workforce development, mentorship, education access, and individualized case management.
