Workforce Development
Our Walking Through Wilderness program helps justice-involved individuals overcome employment barriers through a two-week job-readiness training. Participants gain essential skills, including resume writing, mock interviews, and stress management, while addressing the challenges of reentry and personal growth.

Alternatives to Incarceration
Since 2020, Exodus has provided Alternatives to Incarceration (ATI) programs for individuals facing felony or misdemeanor charges across all five boroughs. Our structured programs offer mentoring, leadership development, trauma counseling, substance use treatment, and employment services, while also providing court advocacy to support successful reintegration.

Women & Girls Project
The Women & Girls Project empowers young women (15-24) impacted by trauma or the justice system through an 8-week workshop series in partnership with A Little Piece of Light Foundation. Participants engage in leadership development, career exploration, and wellness workshops while receiving mentorship and case management support.

Genesis Mental Health Clinic
Genesis Mental Health Clinic is a NYS-licensed Article 31 clinic providing comprehensive mental health services, including therapy, medication management, and crisis intervention through a 24-hour hotline. Our dedicated team offers individual, group, and family sessions to support the well-being of our community.

Wellness Center: Outpatient Substance Use Treatment
Exodus Wellness Center is a NYS-OASAS licensed outpatient treatment program dedicated to helping adults (18+) overcome addiction through evidence-based and holistic practices. With personalized counseling and structured group sessions, we provide the support and resources needed for lasting recovery and empowerment.

Poughkeepsie Office
For over a decade, Exodus Poughkeepsie has supported individuals returning from incarceration, including operating a transitional housing program for men. Through strong partnerships with nonprofits, government agencies, and higher education institutions, we provide unique programs that foster successful reentry and community integration.

Poughkeepsie Housing
Exodus PK House provides housing to individuals who are actively experiencing community supervision (parole) and provides them with the essential tools, resources and referrals to not only come home but stay home, gain employment, repair relationships and transition into more permanent housing.

Newburgh Office
Since 2014, Exodus Newburgh has supported individuals returning from incarceration while addressing the broader generational impact on the community. Our new site at 120 South Street offers case management, employment readiness, violence prevention, and youth engagement programs to foster healing and opportunity.
Over 1,100 participants successfully transitioned back into the community and connected to essential services.
Over 10,000 individual and group counseling sessions conducted to support wellness and healing.
